  1. Congrats on getting your site up & running!

Would be great to hear about some of the real-world cases you are dealing with on a day-to-day basis. Canine dental health is always a good one… and anything to do with rescue pets, I have a real soft spot for the rescues :)

    Have fun!

(small point, but the font here is super small- possible to make it bigger?)

      Shauna,

Thanks for the quick reply! Do you mean the font in comments is small or the post itself? We will fix whichever it is. On my end the blog post font seems rather large. Let me know!

  2. Many moons ago when I lived in HB I found a small bird that was pretty banged up late at night. I scooped it up into a shoe box with a towel and the only the place I could find to take it was a spot off of Goldenwest I believe by the water treatment place heading towards the 405 fwy. Althought they were not able to save the birdy it was soo reassurin to at least know there was after hours locations around town. Does your location do after hour emergency type services for out of the normal circumstances?

Great Blog and site!! You’re a Saint for the work you do!!! :)

Yes Jesse you did take it to the Wetland and Wildlife Care Center where I used to be a staff veterinarian (volunteer) http://www.wwccoc.org/ They are awesome. I will see wildlife during the day but at night I refer to Irvine Regional Animal Emergency Hospital http://www.petsurgery.com/

Just saw the tweet from Janet Tobiasson, DVM that your blog was up! So where are you going first? Vaccines? The health of teacup dogs? Review of the day’s emergencies? BSL? MSN? This is exciting, and I look forward to reading!
